He filed an Application for Parole, while he was on Furlough. After his surrender on 23.08.2025, his Application has been forwarded for consideration on 06.10.2025. 3. Considering the submissions made, present Petition is disposed of with directions that in case, the Application is not decided or his Parole is rejected on or before 05.11.2025, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.
