The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat, vide letter dated 25.03.2021 has informed this Court that the sole appellant Gobardhan @ Lalloo has already passed away on 01.09.2019. 2. In verification of his death, a Taharir duly signed by Dharmendra Kumar and Yogendar, sons of the appellant Gobardhan @ Lalloo has been annexed. The police report of concerned police station has also be annexed. 3. In view thereof, since the sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 4.
