3. This petition is filed to expedite the investigation relating to Crime No.354 of 2020, dated 29.08.2020.
4. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that a preliminary charge sheet was filed in this matter even in the year 2023 and that A2 in this matter is absconding, due to which the final charge sheet has not been filed.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are
directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
