GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in completing investigation and filing final report with in the statutory period as contemplated under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. in F.I.R. No. 95/2014 dated 26.03.2014 of III Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 21and 300-A of the Constitution of India read with Section 173 Cr.P.C.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police have completed the investigation in this matter and the case is referred as civil in nature vide proceedings dated 19.10.2021. 3 3.
