This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to assign house site pattas in the Cart Track (Bandi Dari) land situated in Sy.No.362/1 in an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in the village limits of Chodavaram, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, East Godavari District under “Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land is dealt with by the parties concerned by following the due procedure and it was only at the stage of proposal so far as housing scheme is concerned as alleged by the petitioner. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.362/1 of Chodavaram village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, East Godavari District strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
