This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the Respondent Authorities in trying to dispossess the Petitioners from RS No.418 and 440 of Koduru village, Koduru Mandal, Krishna District, for the purpose of distribution of house sites under the scheme Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in RS No.418 and 440 of Koduru village, Koduru Mandal, Krishna District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose and if not already utilized by now for the above said housing scheme. If the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law, giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners, upon verification of the records and the subject houses, an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.
