The lead case 4 of which being WPS No. 11642/2025 (Smt. Renuka Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others). 2. This aspect is not disputed by the State counsel so far as the matter being similar to the one passed in the case of Smt. Renuka Sahu (supra). 3. Considering the facts of the case of present writ petition also deserves to be and is accordingly disposed off in similar terms to the order passed in WPS No. 11642/2025 (Smt.
