JUSTICE G BASAVARAJA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 18.12.2025 passed by the LXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.10339/2025. The petitioner has filed the bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS, 2023') seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.0437/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections SC and ST (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989 under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v-a); under Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961; and under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNS, 2023'). The petition lies against the order passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, the office has raised objections.
