Four Lakh fifty thousand) will be paid within a period of two months from today. The docket is duly filled-in and signed by both the parties. 2. The compromise sought for by the parties is permitted and the matter in hand stands disposed of. 3. The docket be made part of this record. 4. A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, if any, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith.
