Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Faridkot, but the petitioner has not been able to secure the physical possession for want of police help. 3.
