It is stated that the learned counsel for petitioner is no more. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the matter is of the year 2013 and cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 4.
