Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the contempt petition now the petitioner has been reengaged though after two months. 3. In the light of the said development, no order is required to be passed in the contempt proceedings, the same are closed, however, with the observation that the factum of the reengagement of the petitioner after lapse of two months shall be taken into consideration by the Court at the time of the decision of the writ petition.
