...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent no.4 in harassing the petitioners by summoning them to the police station without any notice and threatening the petitioners to give the title deeds with respect to the property situated in D.No. 3a-15-2, bolla vari thotha, Palakollu, West Godavari District Andhra Pradesh and settle the disputes with respondent no.5 as illegal, arbitrary. unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice.
Article 14,19,21,300-A of the Indian constitution and consequently direct respondent no.4 to not to summon the petitioners to the respondent no.4 police station and insist the petitioners to give back the title deeds of the property situated in D.No. 3a-15-2, bolla vari thotha, Palakollu, West Godavari District Andhra Pradesh and settle the disputes with respondent no.5 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondent no.4 to not to summon the petitioner without any proper notice pending disposal of the above writ petition pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent no.4 in harassing the petitioners by summoning them to the police station without any notice and threatening the petitioners to give the title deeds with respect to the property situated in D.No.3a-15-2, bolla vari thotha, Palakollu, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and settle the disputes with respondent no.5 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice, Article 14, 19, 21, 300-A of the Indian constitution and consequently direct respondent no.4 to not to summon the petitioners to the respondent no.4 police station and insist the petitioners to give back the title deeds of the property situated in D.No.3a-15-2, bolla vari thotha, Palakollu, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and settle the disputes with respondent no.5…”
2. Heard Sri P.Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the Police Station and interfering in the civil disputes.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent, the petitioners were called to the Police Station and no crime has been registered against the petitioners.
5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
