Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21740 of 2024. 3. The report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the court below, which shows that the charges were framed on 25.03.2025 and one witness (the doctor) has been examined. 4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any fresh ground for re- consideration of the earlier order 03.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21740 of 2024. 5.
