The main grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the respondents 7 to 33 had illegally obtained patta with respect to the subject property which is classified as 'Panjami land'. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, reports were called for and respondents 4 and 5 have already conducted field inspection and submitted the reports before the second respondent. Thereafter, the second respondent had issued summons to the petitioner and respondents 7 to 33 calling upon for enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry is pending from the year 2022 and till date no orders have been passed. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders in proceedings dated 13.01.2021 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. AA3/30043/2020 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and private respondents 7 to 33 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
