He has preferred Ext.P1 complaint and seeks an early disposal of the same. 2. The Government Pleader on instruction submits that there are civil disputes pending and the question of possession is a matter in issue. Since the prayer is only for disposal of the complaint, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 complaint after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2025:KER:29403 WP(C) NO. 10945 OF 2025 4 this judgment. It is made clear that any decision will be subject to the decision in the civil suit, which is stated to be pending between the parties.
