The learned Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, who is here in this application, has addressed a letter, dated 22.01.2026, to the Registrar (Judicial), of this Court, which has been placed before this Court. In the said letter, the learned Principal District Judge has stated that, the document in question has been sent for impounding to the District Registrar, Visakhapatnam, and further steps taken, after the said document is returned. In these circumstances, the time granted earlier under the Order, dated 26.09.2025, shall be extended for a period of three (03) 2 weeks, after the said document is returned by the District Registrar, Visakhapatnam. _______ RRR,J KPV
