ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to pleased to consider the aforesaid reasons to issue a writ,
order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of

mandamus, questioning the action of the respondent no 1 to 6 in not acting upon the petitioner representation dated 8.07.2021 against the culprits for illegal stacking of cattle for slaughtering in Vijayawada city surroundings is illegal arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 AP Prohibition of Cows Slaughters and Animals Prevention Act 1977 AP No 11 of 1977 and the same is nothing but abuse of process of law and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 6 to take necessary action against the culprits for illegal stacking of animals.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the respondent authorities complied with the interim order passed by this Court and also placed on record the reports from the respondent authorities. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that recording the same the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
