Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. The respondent-husband though served with notice, has remained unrepresented. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife and as the petitioner has to take care of her two years old child, I find force in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, since the distance between Bagalkote and Hukkeri is more than 125 km and in that view of the matter, petition stands allowed. 4.
