This is an application for grant of bail. 2. I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and found that the deceased has sustained the 21 injuries which are grievous in nature and he succumbed to the death. The circumstances like blood stained cloths of the present applicant are seized and two police constables have seen the present applicant in a blood stained cloths. In view of that, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3. In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.
