ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the highhanded action of Respondent No. 7 in repeatedly insisting the Petitioner to appear before their authority and not to construct the RCC building situated at V. Mittapalli Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal, irregular, irrational, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No. 2 to 5 to conduct enquiry against the Respondents No. 6 and 7 for their illegal act by interfere in civil disputes with the Petitioner personal liberty and property,.…=
2. Heard Sri Basha Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the construction work of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on 15.04.2023, the 6th respondent received a call stating that two groups are quarrelling at V-Mittapalli Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. Basing on the information, the 6th respondent along with his staff went to the scene and controlled the law and order issues and made enquiry. The enquiry revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and one A.Jailabuddin. He would further submit that since, the

matter is civil in nature, the police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. The police are further directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against her. No order as to costs.
