2. This is an application, praying for impleadment of one Shri Abhay Negi, Commanding Officer, 116 RCC (GREF), 116 Road Construction Company, PIN: 9301116, C/O 99 APO, as respondent No. 2 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 07(AP) of 2025.
3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants and also, on perusal of the grounds for impleadment as well as prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite party, I am of the view that on the transfer of the alleged contemnor No. 1, in whose place the Officer is reportedly been posted, the prayer for impleadment is deemed to be allowed.
4. Accordingly, Shri Abhay Negi, Commanding Officer, 116 RCC (GREF), 116 Road Construction Company, PIN: 9301116, C/O 99 APO is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 07(AP) of 2025.
