The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in attempting to interfere with the petitioner’s property and converting the petitioner’s property into a park or a walking track. This Court, vide order dated 20.02.2015, directed the parties to maintain status quo. 2. The learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner’s property and that the orders of this Court, directing maintenance of status quo, are being compiled with by the respondent authorities. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned Standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed off in the terms of the interim orders granted earlier by this Court, leaving it open to the respondents to take appropriate steps, as may be required, for public purposes in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
