This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in dispossessing/evicting from the private property of the petitioner i.e., the vacant site for an extent of 188 Sq.Yds.,= 157.19 Sq.mts bounded by East:44 Links = Sq.9.2.0Sq.Yds plus Sq.8.840Mts Land of Godavarthi Butchirayudu, West:42Links = Sq.9.0.8Yds = Sq.8.433mts Raja Veedhi; North:90 Links = Sq.19.2.4Yds = 18.086Mts Wall of Payakana Doddi, South: 90 Links= 18.086mts Cattle House(Chavidi) of the purchaser (Petitioner) situated at Lolla Village, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District by allotting to the beneficiaries under new housing scheme viz., <Navaratnalu-Pedaladariki Illu= without notice, without following the procedure despite Legal Notice dated 03.08.2020. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025 submits that there is no need for acquisition of the subject land and the notification issued for acquisition was already lapsed. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
