The petitioner has filed the instant revision petition challenging the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jind, whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay maintenance allowance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent-wife and order dated 13.12.2024, whereby conditional warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner for recovery of arrears of interim maintenance. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
