Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Police are harassing the petitioner to appear before the Police Station to open the Rowdy Sheet. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that on the applications made by the petitioner under public grievance redressal system. For enquiry, police called the petitioner to the Police Station. But petitioner did not appear before the police. He would further submit that Police are not intend to open any Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner. 4 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
