In aforesaid circumstances, since learned advocates for petitioner are not present as well as in the writ petition, there is no averment as to how claim of Rs. 1,45,610/- is outstanding towards gratuity, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner has substantial ground/calculation in support of above prayer, he has liberty to approach the respondents concerned within six months from today. 4.
