In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2025, the respondent No.5 appeared before this Court and has furnished a copy of the letter addressed by him to the learned Assistant Government for Irrigation vide Letter No.EE/KCC/DIVN/NDL/AB/A5/ dated 24.09.2025, wherein it has been clearly stated that the amount (7.5% of the withheld amounts) were paid to the petitioner as referred under Sl.
