It is the case of the petitioner that he had installed 200 KV solar plant, but it has yet not been connected with the power grid. The petitioner has given a representation on 07.03.2025 to the respondent no.3, Executive Engineer, UPCL, Tehsil Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar, but no action has been taken on it. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner so that petitioner’s solar plant may be connected to the power grid. Learned State counsel would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be decided within a period of ten days. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2025 within a period of ten days.
