The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for seeking issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.3-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, Haryana, to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Patwari, Category No.334 with a further prayer to keep one post vacant during the pendency of the present petition. 2.
