Order on Board 29.10.2025
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 19.08.2025 MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.10.31 10:49:54 +0530
2 passed by the Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2025. 2. From the record, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging her transfer on account of personal difficulty due to ill health of her husband as well as herself, therefore, he would pray for quashing of the impugned transfer order dated
19.08.2025. 3. Per contra, learned State counsel opposing the submission would submit that the petitioner is working since 1998 till today and remained the same place of posting only and she has already retain the same place of posting for more than 27 years, thus, he would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner remained posted at a particular place for more than 27 years, no case of interference in the transfer is made out.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent authorities raising her personal difficulty as it has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and her husband have some personal difficulty. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Manish
