GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 24.09.2025 made by the petitioners for renewal of 1st petitioner Society. SRK, J WP No.30619 of 2025 2 2. Case of the petitioners is that 1st petitioner Society was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, vide registration No.138 of 1992, dated 22.02.1992, and was established for providing shelter to poor children, orphans and destitute children. Pursuant to bifurcation of their district into two districts and opening of District Registration of Society Office at Mummidivaram village, they came to know that 1st petitioner Society was not renewed from 1997. Then they made a representation dated 24.09.2025 requesting 3rd respondent – District Registrar of Societies, Mummidivaram, to renew 1st petitioner Society. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, they filed the present Writ Petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though a representation was made on 24.09.2025 requesting to renew 1st petitioner Society, so far there is no response from the respondents herein. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation has not been made through proper channel and the petitioners have to submit the representation through <Mee Seva=. SRK, J WP No.30619 of 2025 3 6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would make a representation through <Mee Seva=. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners herein to make a representation seeking renewal of 1st petitioner Society through <Mee Seva= and, on making such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ K. SREENIVASA REDDY, J.
