The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 14/2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 287/2024, for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, subsequently chargesheet has been submitted under Section 309(4)/ 317(2)/ 317(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra. On 11.10.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near village Pardahi. The accused persons looted away his motorcycle, mobile phone, wrist watch and other articles. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the basis of confession of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Shahid Raza has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.835 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra, in connection with S.T. Case No. 14/2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 287/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
