1. The order reviews the judgment passed by this Court on
05.02.2015. The said judgment was the subject matter of challenge before the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition No. 13344/2015 vide its order dated 31.07.2015, wherein the Apex Court passed the following order:
“Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed. Delay condoned. Heard Mr. N.S. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is his submission that the learned Single Judge, as well as the Division Bench of the High Court, has erroneously held that there is a finding recorded in the civil suit that adoption of Radhey Shyam by Sheodayal Mahajan was established.
It is urged by him that, in fact, the petitioner was the adopted son of Shankarlal Mahajan as per the judgment dated 19th March, 1975, recorded in Civil Suit No.8 of
1971. In view of the aforesaid, we are only inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to file an application for review singularly on this score before the Division Bench. If such an application is filed within a span of four weeks hence, the same shall be dealt with on merits in accordance with law. We may hasten to clarify that the Division Bench shall only advert to the conclusion recorded by the civil court and not to entertain any submission whether an issue was framed in that regard or not. [2025:RJ-JP:48272-DB] (3 of 3) [WRW-290/2015] With the aforesaid liberty and observation, the special leave petition stands disposed of.”
2. The present review petition has been filed by the review- petitioner raising the same issue. 3. Taking into consideration that no new material is available before us, we do not find any reason to review the order dated 05.02.2015 passed by this Court. 4. Considering the nature of the dispute, we deem it appropriate to direct the parties to present before the Mediation Cell of The District Judge, Khairthal- Tijara. 5. The District Judge, Khairthal- Tijara is directed to call the proceeding pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kishangarhbas and to initiate the mediation proceedings between the parties and attempt shall be made to get the matter resolved. 6. If the matter is not resolved, the proceedings may be reverted back to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kishangarhbas. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the present Review Petition stands disposed of.
