Manoher Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The challenge in the Writ Petition is to the proceedings of the respondent No.2, dated 11.11.2020 in initiating departmental enquiry against the petitioner. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has placed before 3 the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that pursuant to the proceedings initiated for conducting of departmental proceedings, punishment was imposed vide proceedings, dated 30.11.2021 removing the petitioner from services after granting superannuation benefits i.e., pension and provident fund and Gratuity. Learned Standing Counsel further submits that the petitioner has also filed an appeal before the Appellate authority and the appeal was dismissed. 4. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
