2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite specifically mentioning the names of the accused in the complaint, the police have not registered the crime against them.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that during the course of investigation, based on the video clippings, the police have identified the persons who are involved in the crime.
5. Considering the submissions made, since the investigation is still pending, it is apposite to dispose of the present writ petition. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all permissible contentions at the time after the filing of the final report before the Court.
