By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to make payment of arrears of salary of petitioners for the month of August, 2023 and September, 2023; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 26.10.2023 within time bound period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, Principal Superintendent, Divisional District Hospital, Azamgarh to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 26.10.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
