Learned AGA accepting notice for respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that application for approval of management committee was submitted on basis of Annual General Meeting stated to have been conducted on 25.04.2025. It is also informed that the list of previous management committee and details of renewal of society were not appended. 3. Leaned counsel Sri Hemanthkumar L. Havaragi for petitioner would submit that application was filed with said particulars.
