I.A.No.1 of 2025 have been filed by the appellants-applicants to set aside that order and to restore the appeals. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that notice was issued to the respondents in the main appeal but respondent No.2 did not appeared inspite of service. With respect to respondent No.1 the service report was <the addresse left=. Consequently he submits that none of the respondents appeared in the appeals. 4. However, inspite of the aforesaid, we are of the view that notice should go to the respondents in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in both the appeals. 5. In addition to the normal mode of service, the appellants are permitted to take out personal notice to the respondents by registered post and acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry before the next date of listing. 2 SL.
