JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 15/10/2025 A clarification application is moved, stating that due to a typographical error in the content (para-5) of the order dated 13.10.2025, a bank guarantee of Rs.2 lac was only asked for however, inadvertently, it is reflected that bank guarantee of Rs. 2 Lacs each be deposited, meaning thereby that the word “each” is placed wrongly. Taking note of the aforementioned, however keeping the remaining content of the order intact, this Court directs that para- 5 of order dated 13.10.2025 be read as under: “5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Prabhulal @ Premsagar S/o Shri Ramdev @ Ramdeva shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each, and a bank guarantee of Rs.2 Lacs, to the satisfaction of learned Trial Judge for his appearance (2 of 2) [CRLMA-548/2025] before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.” It is also clarified that appropriate orders be passed regarding the bank guarantee at the conclusion of the trial, by the Court concerned.
