This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the Respondent No.5 cannot interfere in any civil disputes between the citizens and cannot take on themselves the function of a civil court at the instance of the unofficial respondents by repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening him to settle the property disputes between them being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice…=
2. Heard Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of respondent No.6, the petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry, but no crime has been registered against the petitioner.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in civil dispute between the parties. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
