This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the respondent No.3 not registering the FIR against respondent Nos 4 and 5 is illegal,

arbitrary and opposed to Article 14, 21 19 of Constitution of India and opposed to principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent No. 3 to register an FIR against them as per due process of law.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on receipt of complaint of the Petitioner, Police conducted preliminary and having found the contents of the complaint do not disclose any cognizable offence and that the matter is of civil nature, have not registered any case against Respondent Nos.4 and 5.
3. Sri N.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
