GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 26817 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that he is absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Ac.0.52 cents in Sy.No.220-3B and an extent of Ac.0.84 cents in Sy.No.228- 3A, 3C of Vankayalapadu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District through registered sale deeds, dated 18.12.2023 and 14.12.2023. He has submitted representation, dated 17.03.2025 vide Grievance No.PLND2025031776 for restoration of the classification of the petitioner’s subject land as patta land in the revenue records. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 17.3.2025 submitted vide Grievance 4 No.PLND2025031776 for restoration of the classification of the petitioner’s subject land as patta land in the revenue records and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
