In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 17.04.2025, Sri B. Mallikarjuna, Panchayat Secretary of Kollur Grama Panchayat is present before this Court. 4. Having regard to the facts of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition in terms of what is stated herein above that the License has been granted to the Writ Petitioner. 5. In this view of the matter the presence of Sri B. Mallikarjuna, Panchayat Secretary of Kollur Grama Panchayat is dispensed with. 6.
