Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 185/2023, arising out of Mango P.S. Case No. 372/2022 corresponding to G.R Case No. 186/2023, registered under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur. On 25.10.2022 brother of the informant, namely Zahid Khan was found murdered in a dilapidated house at road no. 13, Jawahar Nagar. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused person that due to land dispute; they might have committed the murder of the deceased. It was submitted that the petitioner was apprehended and he has confessed his guilt. In view of the submissions made above, and considering the fact that apart from suspicion and confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T Case No. 185/2023, arising out of Mango P.S.
