It appears that Respondent-District Basic Education Officer, Basti is sitting over on an application for compassionate appointment filed by the petitioner and even today his counsel has no instruction. 3. In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that in case the application of petitioner is not decided within a period of three months from today, the concerned District Basic Education Officer has to pay Rs. 100/- per day to petitioner till petitioner’s application for compassionate appointment is decided finally. While considering application of petitioner, concerned respondent will also take note of judgments passed by Supreme Court in Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd. and others vs. Anusree K.B., 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1331, Malaya Nanda Sethy v/s State of Orissa and Ors., 2022 SCC OnLine SC 684 and Bank of Baroda and others vs. Baljit Singh, 2023 SCC OnLine SC 745.
