This is fourth bail application filed by applicant-Praveen in Case Crime No. 543 of 2021 (Session Trial No. 1197 of 2022), under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 506, 473, 34 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh. First, second and third bail applications of applicant were rejected vide orders dated 14.05.2024, 18.09.2024 and 05.11.2024, respectively. 3. Applicant is lacking bona fide since he has not disclosed that at his instance an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed before this Court wherein trial is put on hold. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, Court is not inclined to consider the present bail application. Dismissed accordingly.
