The Court made the following ORDER:
Sri A. Lalith, learned counsel representing Smt. V. Sesha Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that she has given 8No Objection Vakalat9 to the petitioner. 2. On earlier occasions i.e., on 29.10.2025 and 25.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
Having received 8No Objection Vakalat9, the petitioner did not choose to put up his appearance, which shows that the cause in the writ petition does not survives and that the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all the petitioner still feels that the cause in the writ petition survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two months. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
