JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 06/11/2025 Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a limited prayer that the applicant be permitted to surrender himself before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicant on the same date of making surrender. Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea.
