Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 07.04.2025 issued by District Magistrate, Mirzapur under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned notice dated 07.04.2025, the petitioners can file their objections as to the maintainability of the proceedings and jurisdiction of the authority regarding proceedings under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their objections. In case, the objections are filed before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
